For the majority of my professional life I have worked for myself (30 years) and hopefully have developed a lot of business experience that I can pass on to others. I continue to work with great people, experts in their own right and those that share a common aim in really making a difference.

I have successfully, strategically delivered a range of programmes that include the New Business Start-Up Programme in Flintshire, an all Wales Leadership & Management Project for the Welsh Government, Third Sector support through the Wales Cooperative and the General Support to Business Programme also contracted to the Welsh Government.

Recently, I have decided to once again work for myself. I am no longer a Director of THE Group Ltd, but an independent business adviser, trainer and coach. My goal is to develop a well researched product and service brand I have called Brass Tacks - 'simple to understand, easy to implement' continuous improvement business strategy, training, advice, coaching etc.
